Bargain and sale by Thomas Smyth, son and heir apparent of Christopher Smyth of Charterhouse Churchyarde of London, esq., to Richard Caldwall of London, "doctor in phisick," on the other part, in consideration of a certain sum of a messuage or farm, etc., with its appurtenances now in the tenure or occupation of William Brackley, lying in the town and fields of Annesley in the parish of Rellyston (Staffs.), together with the moiety of the seigneury there, together also with a quit rent of 2s. 4d. and courts and profits of courts. With appointment by the grantor of his well beloved friend William Caldwall, clothier, and Hugh Turner, yeoman, as his attorneys to deliver seisin. Endorsed with note of livery of seisin.
